This is an excellent tool, which takes you step by step in learning how to give possitive affirmation to those around you, but most important it helps you find out if you have, or if you are receiving the possitive affirmation that helps you to understand what is missing in your life. This is a workbook, you can go at your own pace, you can work by yourself, with another person or in a small group, This workbook makes you face yourself and think.

This is an excellent workbook and I recommend it to everyone. THis workbook is helping me to see and understand my own insecurites and where they come from plus the insecurities in my children. It is helping us have the confidence and healing we need. Also it is helping me understand my parents. My daughters and I are doing the workbook together.
